- BS in Engineering or technical field
Experience in a high speed packaging plantPrefer experience in production and maintenanceShould have experience with continuous improvement programs such as Lean, TPM or similar programs
Duties:
- Develop teams through coaching and feedback/PBWS techniques and systems, to ensure attainment of KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) and to pursue continuous improvement of plant performance.
Guide and empower technicians in the development and implementation of production team strategies, as well as participating in generating the production schedule.Lead line work teams, with the achieving objectives of the production team, in terms of on-time complete, quality assurance, cost, safety and environmental.
Location: TN
Salary: $55K to $70K
