Gruma S.A. is one of the world’s largest corn flour and tortilla producers, with operations in the U.S., Europe, Mexico, Central America, Venezuela and is now in Australia and China.

Mission Foods an operating divison of Gruma Corportion has an opening in their Corporate Texas location in the Research and Development Department.

Primary responsibility to assist in running tests, evaluate prototypes performance and prepare samples for new products developed for Retail and Food Service customers, as well as product improvements in order to gain incremental sales within the company growth plan.
