As the nation’s leading manufacturer of boxed chocolates, we are seeking a Vice President, National Account Sales. Russell Stovers Candies is looking for a sales executive who can maintain our growth pace.
Summary of Job Responsibilities:
The Vice President, National Accounts will report to the Vice President of Sales.
The position will be responsible for proactively developing, implementing and directing national account programs that will meet sales objectives as part of the overall growth strategy of the company.
Vice President, National Accounts will manage both inherited and self-generated or newly acquired customer relationships by establishing and or improving account sales programs.
Vice President, National Accounts will continuously demonstrate knowledge and understanding of buyer habits and market trends while concurrently assessing marketplace developments of competitors.

Summary of Job Requirements:
Undergraduate degree is required.
Proven experience as a first rate sales professional is required combined with a progressively successful performance record.
Qualified candidates should possess a consistent history of accomplishment originating from the consumer products industry, or closely related (e.g. food, etc.).
Demonstrated career catering to national account clientele in the grocery, mass merchandiser and drug chains.
Experience with a large company having complex, multiple product lines and price points would be helpful.
Computer knowledge is required, relating to contact management and sales presentation software.
