General Summary: We have opportunities at our manufacturing facility in Abilene, KS. The Machine Operator ensures that the machines are operating properly. Must have mechanical skills, the ability to troubleshoot, perform changeovers, and make adjustments as required. Will work with gears and belts. In addition, must be able to read and understand scales, rules, tapes, thermometers and printers.
Key Skills:
Must be able to handle multiple priorities and re-prioritize as needed to meet required timelines.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to complete projects in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of tools, both metric and standard.
Experience in some type of mechanical work.
Manufacturing or Production background preferred.
