A rapidly growing meat company needs a R&D Manager in the LA area, (Monrovia).

This company is a manufacture that deals in many different areas of the meat industry.

The ideal candidate will have, not only a good understanding of production processes, they will also have a culinary background.

We need a realist for this job. Someone that understands all aspects of R&D as well as how to produce certain items for menus such as rubs, sauces, etc.
