- BS degree with a strong preference for a technical degree
3 years as Plant Manager in a food, beverage or consumer products manufacturing plantTrack record of achieving results while maintaining a team oriented continuous improvement focused cultureMust have some technical knowledge of high speed packaging operationsPrefer candidates who have come up through multiple different departments through their career such as Quality, Engineering, Maintenance or DistributionExperience with financial and budgeting accountability
Duties:
Overall responsibility for a high speed food processing and packaging facility. Foster a teams environment with a continuous improvement mentality. Mentor and develop all direct reports to create the future leaders for the company. Interfaces with R&D and Engineering on capacity for new products. Works with the VP of Operations and other senior leadership on strategic planning issues related to all facets of the business. Accountable for financial performance of the plant against planned performance.

Salary: $125K to $150K + 30% Bonus
