Duties: Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance operations. Direct and coordinate maintenance team members by providing direction, leadership, development, training and support through empowerment and teamwork. Coordinate and works with outside personnel such as contractors and vendors. Insures all department activities adhere to company policies, procedures and philosophies.

Experience: Degree in related field. Teamwork, communication skills and coaching required. 3-5 years production, processing and supervisory experience is required. Food Processing experience would be beneficial.
