Develop new products and optimize existing products. Work with minimal supervision to develop new and improved products designed to meet consumer needs.

1. Develop new products and line extensions.

2. Lead and manage interdepartmental and intra-departmental project teams of moderate complexity, scope and size.

3. Work closely with manufacturing, purchasing, engineering, marketing and quality assurance in a team environment to develop and launch new and improved products.

4. Develop creative solutions for a wide range of complex problems which require a significant amount of ingenuity and creativity.

5. Position requires approximately 35% travel.

Knowledge of sauces, seasonings and/or fillings a plus.
