The Manager, Business Reporting will support the business with the SAP BPC (OutlookSoft) administration, reporting, and system change Request process. This position is responsible for supporting the business with all reports and new reporting requirements. Additional responsibilities include the assistance with the database administration of the program and validation of the data loads from the linked databases has integrity.

• Support reporting requests from the business. This includes validation, analysis, review, logging, escalation and follow-up.
• Assist the business with understanding of the BPC program and be their technical resource.
• Further development of BPC and Dashboards.
• Support System Change Requests from the business and submission to the proper Change Request team. Includes validation, analysis, review, logging, escalation and follow-up.
• Lead the team and assist management with projects to include design, planning and testing to support enhancements, process improvement and new initiatives.
• BPC Process improvement; take a proactive approach to monitoring and updating process flows and/or project plans.
• Participate in technical studies to evaluate business systems requirements as they relate to reporting in BPC and BI, make recommendations, and implement appropriate corrections to resolve reporting issues.
• Less than 20% travel required.

Required Skills:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or related field. Work experience or other training considered in lieu of degree.
• Minimum four to five years of related business experience, systems analysis and project experience, preferably in a CPG industry.
• Minimum three to five years of BPC (OutlookSoft).
• Minimum three to five years of Oracle and SQL database management.
• Strong business aptitude, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills are necessary.
• Base understanding of SAP functionality, moderate to advanced Excel skills along with strong Access programming experience highly preferred.
• Strong organizational, attention to detail and task follow up skills.
