WANT TO BE PART OF THE BEST AND YOU AREN'T NOW? ARE YOU WORKING FOR A FOOD, BEVERAGE, BAKERY OR CEREAL COMPANY NOW? MUST HAVE A 4 YEAR DEGREE IN FOOD OR CHEMICAL ENGINEERING PREFERRED AND AN MS IS HIGHLY DESIRED. You have at least 2 or more years as an R&D Process Development Engineer and 3 or more years of experience in R&D/Commercialization in a FOOD, BEVERAGE, OR BAKERY PLANT OR CORPORATE R&D DEPARTMENT. You will be responsible to design and execute engineering projects by leading or supporting teams to develop new products, line extensions and/or quality improvements. Strong project management, technical and interpersonal skills are required for this position. You have R&D experience taking products from bench top/pilot plant development to specification development to first production. You are a strong leader. You are ambitious and want to earn your promotions. You enjoy being an R&D Process Engineer and love what you do. You are a strong team player but want to be in the best company to grow your career! You are open to travel up to 40%.
