The Senior Business Analyst will support the business with the EDI development of new mappings and monitoring of the EDI system. This position is responsible for supporting the business with projects such as new customer and vendor map developments. Additional responsibilities include the research and analyses of failed EDI transmissions, interfacing with our EDI partners, and interfacing with the Business Process Leaders for improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Support EDI requests from the business, customer, and vender partners. Includes development, validation, analysis, review, logging, escalation and follow-up of the various transactions.
- Assist the business with understanding EDI requirements and be their technical resource.
- Support System Change Requests from the business and submission to the proper Change Request team.
- Lead the support team and assist management with projects to include design, planning and testing to support enhancements, process improvement and new initiatives.
- EDI Process improvement; take a proactive approach to monitoring and updating process flows and/or project plans.
- Participate in technical studies to evaluate business systems requirements as they relate to EDI, make recommendations, and implement appropriate corrections to resolve master data issues.
- Be responsible for auditing of SAP Master Data as related to EDI requirements.

Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or related field. Work experience or other training considered in lieu of degree.
- Minimum three to four years of GIS with AS2 development and monitoring experience.
- Solid knowledge of business systems requirements, project management.
- Strong business aptitude, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills are necessary.
- Base understanding of SAP functionality, moderate to advanced Excel skills along with strong Access programming experience highly preferred.
- Strong organizational, attention to detail and task follow up skills.
- 10% or less travel required.
