The Judge Group, INC. is currently in search of a Production Supervisor for an established Dairy Company located in California. Currently seeking someone who will monitor production processes and determine necessary changes as well as assist in the planning of manpower based on the daily production schedule. Qualified candidate will assist in determining inventory levels as well as in the training and development of processing staff. Individual must promote employee involvement and ensure that safety and quality standards are followed at all times. The Production Supervisor will assist the People Development Director with job training and advise on SOP development. REQUIREMENTS: Qualified Candidates for the Production Supervisor position MUST HAVE 2-3 years food manufacturing experience, dairy/cheese manufacturing experience highly desired. A four year degree is highly desirable but not required. Qualified candidate must possess good mechanical skills, effective verbal and written communication skills and strong employee relation skills.
