Job Description
My client is a world class food processor in the OH/PA area (moderate cost of living area) with a Production Supervisor opening. Position reports to the Operations Manager and has 20-40 Direct Reports (hourly line employees). Responsible for ensuring that company policies, quality procedures and good manufacturing practices (GMPs) including HACCP, NQS, SSOP, FTQ are understood and followed by associates.
Must be open to both 1st and 2nd shift as the shift has not been determined. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years Production Supervisor experience in a food manufacturing environment and a degree!
