Job Description
The primary responsibility of this person is to develop hand held meat snacks from concept phase to commercialization. The position requires a candidate with expertise in food product design, formulation, ingredient functionality and interaction, process design, product scale up, plant testing and commercialization. This position requires extensive background in food science and the ability to successfully manage multiple projects. The candidate will be expected to develop product optimization but still be able to gain marketing support and interact with store brand managers.
