Job Description
This position will provide support in regards to safety and environmental systems, policies, and procedures. Will help promote and maintain a safe environment. Responsibility includes formulating general safety policies, touring facilities to detect existing or potential accident/health hazards, provide leadership for the safety functional team, develop emergency response plans, assist with safety process improvements and plan, coordinate, and administer occupational safety and health training programs. In addition, assists facility management to understand safety and environmental regulations and provide guidance on handling compliance and inspections. Will work with all in the plant to improve safety and environmental performances.
