Job Description
MAINTENANCE MANAGER - At a 800 person nonunion food manufacturing facility in East Central Kentucky (community of 20,000 approximately 40 minutes from city of 250,000 - offers great schools, low cost of living and fine quality of life).
Position reports to a Manager of Engineering and Manufacturing and oversees staff of 8 to 10 Supervisors, providing maintenance engineering support to the operational/manufacturing functions of the facility in order to maintain the company assets, reduce downtime and improve operational performance. Position requires individual with minimum of Bachelor's degree in engineering field and 3+ years food manufacturing experience and refrigeration experience is a plus! Candidate must have an in-depth knowledge of food processing equipment and technology, along with a clean work history, great interpersonal, leadership and organizational skills. The company is one of the nation's largest, multi-plant, food processors offering excellent growth opportunities, and produces diverse food products throughout the county.
Salary in the $80,000 to 90,000 base range with 10-15% bonus potential.
