Job Description
Our client is a leading manufacturer of quality food products in the US and internationally. We are looking for a top notch process engineer with thermal processing experience. Both retort and aseptic are preferred. The ideal candidate will have formal training in both types of processing and good interpersonal skills working with a variety of experience levels. This person will define process requirements for new products and evaluate capability of existing product lines to deliver acceptable finished goods. He/she will also design tests to scale-up processes for industrial manufacture. A minimum of 3-5 years experience working with thermal processed products is needed.
