Job Description
Our client is looking for a strong Process Optimization Engineer to be work on optimization projects with the plants packaging lines. He/She should be a producer of continuous quality improvement. Determine methods for quality improvement and lead in the implementation of changes using advanced engineering principles and statistical methods. Achieve 100% conformance to quality standards. This person will be a resource for the development and execution of packaging system productivity improvements and cost reductions. Improve systems unit operations through the development, testing, and implementation of technological improvements to current systems. This position is a opportunity with excellent growth potential. It is a good career track for a future in engineering or plant management. The company is a Fortune 500 food manufacturer that is a leader in their brand categories. The ideal candidate will have a BS in technical field, preferably Engineering or packaging and 4-10+ years of experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Packaging research and development.
