The Judge Group, INC. is currently in search of a Degreed Project Engineer for a Large Food/Beverage Manufacturing Facility located in Stephenville, TX. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams in the development and execution of major capital projects that support the company's strategic direction and add value to the organization. Responsibilities include: Evaluating proposed projects from a business sense viewpoint and recommending appropriate courses of action to upper management. Leading project teams to accomplish project scope within the constraints of time, cost and performance. Establishing and executing comprehensive communication to project sponsors and project teams regarding the status of each project, including variances to the project cost, schedule, scope and performance plans. Providing guidance in regard to the development of specifications, capital equipment, and the selection of vendors and contractors. Developing and implementing training programs for team members to help ensure project success. This includes assisting in cross-training efforts to help develop partners skills in other functional areas of engineering. Monitoring each project with overall company objectives in mind rather than just meeting detailed requirements. Providing day-to-day leadership and interaction with outside vendors and contractors to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and timelines. Negotiating with all functional disciplines for accomplishments of the necessary work packages within time, cost and performance. Providing guidance for resolution of conflicts by raising and resolving issues rapidly. REQUIREMENTS: Qualified Candidates for the Project Engineer position MUST HAVE a 4-Year BS Engineering Degree with at least 3-5 years of previous Project Engineering experience from within a Food/Beverage Manufacturing Facility.
