The company is a major consumer packaged goods company that is a leader in their category.

The Regional Sales Manager will be the primary representative for the execution of programs, planning, and fund management several large grocery customers in California and Arizona. The Regional Sales Manager will also work closely with the company’s broker network to build strategic annual business plans that deliver sales growth and improved profits. The position's communication scope includes senior customer personnel, broker contacts, and multiple functional disciplines within the company.

The position requires previous key account management experience with a leading company in the consumer packaged goods industry. Previous experience managing brokers is also preferred.
