Sweet Job- Assistant Store Manager
Dedicated to making “Only the Finest®" in boxed chocolates. Russell Stover Candies is looking for a friendly, energetic professional to assist with managing our retail store in Wildwood, FL.
In this position, you will assist with the day-to-day operational functions of the store including staff supervision, inventory control, meeting sales/profit goals and most importantly, providing excellent customer service. Background in retail store management preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist with the day-to-day operational functions of the store including:
Staff supervision
Lead & motivate employees
Meeting sales/profit goals
Control expenses
Inventory control
Stock product displaying strong merchandising techniques
Perform back office computer tasks which involve the use of a PC
Display excellent customer service driven attitude
Requirements:
Background in retail store management preferred.
Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and coworkers.
Desire to be part of a performance-driven team.
Able to work day, evening & weekend shifts as needed.
Frequent lifting of 1 to 5 pounds and occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds are required.
Constant standing, bending and reaching with a moderate amount of manual dexterity.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
