MillerCoors is searching for a Training Specialist at their brewery in Irwindale, California.
This position provides learning and development services to the Irwindale Miller brewery. Key Responsibilities include:
1. Managing employee skills to optimize capability.
2. L&D processes, including needs forecasting (performance analysis, training needs analysis), learning strategy formulation and implementation, design approach, materials development, delivery, effectiveness assessment, competency anchoring and employee performance support systems are managed in support of brewery goals.
3. Training administration, including planning, budget preparation and administration, organizing and record keeping are coordinated in support of brewery goals within the framework of Learning Management Systems.
4. Coaching and facilitation support provided in implementation of World Class Manufacturing (WCM) principles and work practices. Drives complex learning strategy implementation as an internal change agent.
This position requires extensive experience designing, developing and implementing learning systems in a manufacturing environment. A high level of initiative, project management skills and independence in managing responsibilities is required. Proven facilitation, interpersonal, stand-up and communication skills are a must, as is knowledge of related desktop and mainframe computing systems. Knowledge of World Class manufacturing principals a plus and Bachelor or Masters Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Organizational Development or related curriculum preferred.
