Job Description
THE OPPORTUNITY
Our client is a global leader in providing machinery and packaging solutions to the dairy industry. They are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to direct all process engineering activities in North America.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the conformance of all quotations, initiatives, projects and processes - Lead a team of engineers and technical staff - Manage the work schedules of project managers and process engineers - P&L accountability - Sales and customer support - Train and develop personnel
REQUIREMENTS
- Engineering degree - At least 7 years in management - Experience designing sanitary systems - CAD and MS Project - Hands-on leadership style
