Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS: “Non-inclusive” •Give operations support when needed •Troubleshoot and repair electrical power and control problems •Assist ECT with programmable controller problems •Troubleshoot and repair mechanical drive problems •Execute special projects as needed •Perform assigned Preventative Maintenance duties •Follow all plant safety rules
SPECIFIC JOB REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE: •Must have a general knowledge of: Preventive maintenance procedures, Hydraulics/pneumatics, Mechanical drives and linkages, electro-mechanical systems, industrial control systems, troubleshooting skills, machining and welding skills •Successful completion and passing of Engineering Test •A demonstrated skills assessment will be administered in the following areas during the contractual qualification period: Machine Shop, Welding (TIG & SMAW) Mechanical, and electrical. Qualification will be based on acceptable demonstration of these skills during the defined qualification period.
