Job Description
Developing plans and executing experiments to determine the applicability of the new gum base raw materials to both gum base formulations and finished chewing gum products as part of creating a competitive advantage for our products and driving expansion of the gum market share. -Perparing prototype products in the laboratory and pilot plant for evaluations with sensory panels and consumer testing. -Working closely with the Analytical Group, the Process Development team, and Consumer and Sensory Guidance departments. -Maintaining a laboratory notebook. -Becoming proficient in out Tecnhical Documentation systems. -Coordinating project work within a cross-functional team environment.
