Job Description
Our client is a leading consumer packaged goods manufacturer looking for an excellent process optimization engineer that has experience with high speed packaging lines. This person should have:
* BS in technical field, preferably Engineering or Packaging * 4+ years of experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Packaging research and development * Good understanding of relationships between packaging materials, packaging equipment, product and people * Demonstrated mechanical aptitude, ability to apply engineering principles, and ability to troubleshoot * Able to work in a HPWS environment * Demonstrated ability to apply the tools of statistics, problem solving and decision making * Teaching and training ability
