Job Description
The Judge Group, INC. is currently in search of a Degreed Plant Manager for an established Dairy Manufacturing Company located in California. Currently seeking someone who will plan, organize, and direct production personnel, in all phases of the production process to assure the facility operates in a highly efficient manner. Candidate will be responsible for GMP, safety and quality of product. Candidate must have dairy managerial experience, fluid milk and cheese preferred. Qualified individual will be responsible for entire production and must be an effective leader. REQUIREMENTS: Qualified Candidates for the Plant Manager position MUST HAVE a Bachelor’s degree AND a minimum of 5 years DAIRY manufacturing experience. Local candidates are preferred but relocation is available for the ideal candidate. Candidate must possess excellent verbal as well as written communication skills as this position requires heavy communication with operational management.
