Job Description
Overview:
The Inside Sales Representative will leverage professional sales skills in representing CCBCC and in selling Coca-Cola products to assigned accounts and prospective customers.
Accountabilities:
Represent the sales interests of CCBCC via telephone by serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
Account Management and sales, daily and meet or exceed established sales goals
Prepare and report sales orders and sales opportunities
Accept incoming sales calls and address customer sales questions, issues and concerns
Ensure execution of CCBCC marketing strategies and activities with assigned customers
Develop and maintain positive customer relationships
Identify volume and profit growth opportunity
Qualifications:
Exceptional telephone sales skills with minimum 3 years of sales experience.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with customer-oriented focus.
Self-starter and action oriented.
Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills.
Good PC skills with desire and aptitude to learn new computer systems & programs.
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, & PowerPoint.
