Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES: The New Business Development Director is a newly-created position which will provide sales, technical support and leadership on a variety of projects to assist in the development of a new platform within a division. The Director will provide customers technical support, will work closely with New Business Development to formulate business plans, target specific avenues and market this new platform from project initiation to production start-up.
Shall also provide technical assistance to operations in relation to R&D projects, sales plans and quality and be active in technical societies, trade shows and seminars. This is a highly visible position.
REQUIREMENTS: MUST HAVE LUBRICANTS EXPERIENCE as well as a BS or MS in Food Science, Chemistry or Engineering for this outstanding opportunity with a minimum of seven (7) or more years of related sales, marketing or R&D experience. You must have the proven ability to effectively communicate technical knowledge of product applications to small or very large groups.
