RESPONSIBILITIES: The Process Superintendent will manage daily operations and personnel of the plant. Includes all process aspects (safety, quality, efficiency, economics, compliance related functions, etc.) Work closely with the maintenance department to resolve operations equipment issues. Training and development of the operations personnel are an ongoing and continuous function of this position and are a primary measure of success.

This exciting position will Chair the Process Safety Management (PSM) Committee, coordinate regularly scheduled PSM required audits and maintain solid inter-department working relations.

REQUIREMENTS: A Bachelor's degree in a Technical Field or Business is highly desirable but not required if extensive industry experience and related technical competency is evident. You must possess a minimum of 5 years experience in oil processing / related industry with 3 of those years in supervision / management of hourly employees.
