Job Summary
• Supervises the day-to-day activities of assigned financial staff, including coordination and administration of assignments.
• Investigates problem areas and facilitates implementation of solutions.
• Effectively leads small teams and works with or leads small ad-hoc project teams.
• Areas of responsibility may include: Finance, Accounting, Internal Audit, Freight or Financial Systems.

- Technical cost accounting experience/knowledge
- Require 5-7 years experience - oil/food industry preferred
- Solid leadership, communication and organization skills
- SAR-BOX comprehension/application

- SAP Experience required
- Plant employees: 108 hourly / 48 salaried / 12 total in finance dept
