Product Development Scientist
Are you driving your career in the right direction? My client is a market leader, and they are looking for strong product developers to make impactful contributions to their successful R&D programs. More information follows...
• Lead the development of new products from bench-top through commercialization, partner with other technical resources to create break through products, and develop nutritional labels with nutrition scientists. Define critical parameters to product design and utilize manufacturing understanding to reproduce key components
• B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Food Science or related discipline and 3+ years of product development experience, an advanced degree is highly preferred; very interested in candidates who have experience with Canadian, as well was US, food regulations; very interested in candidates with experience in grain-based products
• Capable of 25-40% travel throughout North America (US, Canada, Mexico)
Candidates must be presently authorized to work full time in the U.S. The clients will not sponsor visas.
