• Manage product development projects from concept to implementation, using creativity and ingenuity to develop innovative product formulations and line extensions. Identify new technologies, design experiments, and document patentable opportunities. Work independently
• B.S. in Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering and 5+ years of product development experience, M.S. and 2+ years of experience, or Ph.D. and minimal experience
• Capable of minimal domestic and international travel (~10%)
