• Lead the development of new, nutritionally complete pet food products from concept through implementation, contributing to a highly profitable and visible business unit. Work independently, design experiments to develop innovative new products, oversee production start-ups, and troubleshoot potential issues
• B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field and 5+ years of technical experience; prefer candidates with experience in extrusion, baking, thermal processing, or pet foods
• Capable of 20 - 25% travel
Candidates must be presently authorized to work full time in the U.S. The clients will not sponsor visas.
