Job Description
Will be responsbile to lead continuous improvement activities at the plant level and cross plant functions. Responsible for tracking and monitoring scale up processes. Facilitates the implementation of all ConAgra Performance Systems Pillars. Develops implementation plans and standards and/or leds the planning and implementation of one or more critical improvement processes. Coaches plant personnel in the implementation of the improvement methodologies. Will plan and strategic proprietary programs to increase productivity both in this plant and cross functional plants. Assess and recommend lean manufacturing tools/best practices.
