Job Description
Here is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of this lab, not be micro-managed, and RUN with it to get results. Top 3 requirements would be: Micro training and experience Direct past experience (minimum 3-5 years) in a lab Supervisory experience Meat/poultry, frozen foods, fruits and vegetables ... any good experience where micro testing is done.
