is in need of a Maintenance Manager. Requirements are as follows: 5+ years maintenance supervisory/management experience, hydraulics, pneumatics, MP2, CMMS, preventive and predictive maintenance, PLC’s, electrical, mechanical, lean manufacturing/5s, budgeting, afety, PSM, etc. Must be HANDS ON and able to turn the department around. Know government regulations – USDA, OSHA, GMP’s, and SOP’s. Highly prefer union experience. Good oral and written communication skills and must be computer literate. Prefer a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management or other technical discipline, or equivalent training and experience.
