JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the consistent delivery of relevant business information to targeted operator segments and distribution channels supporting profitable growth and consumer sales. Establish more direct strategic contact and linkage between business management, sales, and integrated marketing in support of business growth.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Partner with cross-functional team leads (Brand Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Sales) to drive best-in-class integrated marketing communication strategies.
• Responsible for executing a promotion planning process that communicates and delivers business solutions to targeted operator segments and distribution channgels maximizing promotion program ROI.
• Lead trimester promotion process (10/6/go) with brand teams, customer marketing, and sales to insure marketing programs are aligned with business plans, designed to achieve program objectives, and delivered on schedule.
• Provide support to business teams on Loyalty Program development and execution.
• Develop operator profile database in support of building customer "intelligence" and " intimacy”.
• Insure the consistent execution of McCain Real Value for You messaging across all channels, communications, and materials.
• Working with Brand Marketing and Customer Marketing develop and execute on-line and off-line channel/segment communications that drive McCain appetizer and side sales across targeted foodservice channels.
• Responsible for the coordination of individual functions within Integrated Marketing in support of business initiatives.
• Manage one direct report.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Integrated Marketing, or Marketing. MBA preferred. Minimum 5-7 years integrated marketing or marketing management experience. Loyalty program management and Foodservice marketing experience preferred.
Working knowledge of how to market to various foodservice segments including noncommercial (schools K-12, college & university, healthcare) and commercial (casual dining, independent restaurants, regional and national chains) a plus. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Demonstrated organization, leadership, project management, and people management skills. Strong analytical ability. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.
