Job Description
Key Job Responsibilities:
Individual will deliver marketing expertise and presentations to assist in the successful execution of Red Gold’s business plans. This individual will serve as an influence to better understand the key opportunities and develop plans to achieve the business goals.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with corporate and field marketing, Business Development Team (BDT), Global Analyst Insight Network (GAIN), Innovation, Daymon Interactions and Daymon Worldwide Design to create game-changing opportunities that embrace Daymon’s value proposition and generate incremental sales.
Co-Develop (with Red Gold’s marketing team), manage, execute and sell-in, Red Gold’s marketing toolkit:
New item introduction
Go to market strategy; strategy, planning, execution
Promotional plan development
Packaging and demonstration
Monitor trends that indicate the need for new products and services
Deliver the expertise and presentations to assist in achievement of the strategic goals and key target projects across the category at optimal cost
Tailor and deliver as appropriate category/product presentations for specific accounts or markets
Work closely with retailer teams, understanding their markets, customers and requirements and influence the execution of business plans for assigned suppliers.
Liaise closely with key category players and tap into and deliver global learnings, trend reviews and best practice to optimum local advantage.
Stay fully abreast of regional product, lifestyle and brand trends and to disseminate this information as relevant across the cross functional teams and suppliers marketing team
Develops and maintains up to date business intelligence that defines industry segment trends, market dynamics, key drivers, addressable market size, competitive landscape and purchasing behavior for their particular segment(s)
Develops extensive knowledge base of the supplier’s competencies and competitive set in each segment
Launch new products and develop successful promotions to increase revenue
Be very active in the industry, attending relevant trade events and symposiums

Competencies You Must Be Skilled In
Key Requirements:
Passionate, self driven and dynamic individual that can influence a system and drive change
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work very effectively cross functionally to achieve objectives
Strong analytical skills including understanding of Primary Research methodologies, Sensory/Consumer Testing and other pricing and syndicated consumer tools
Results oriented and flexible to change
5 to 10 minimum years experience in Consumer Marketing Management, with new product development and/or brand responsibilities.
Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
Trained and experienced present to external audiences
Project management experience including strong multi-tasking skills
