Job Description
We need someone promotable to a Production Manager within 1-2 years. Growing company with great benefits, compensation and stability. Requirements:
- BS Degree is required with a preference for Engineering, or other technical field
Must have a minimum of 3 years experience supervising production operations in a high-speed packaging environment with a strong preference for Food or Beverage experience Must be bilingual in Spanish Must have some exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, TPM or other CI programs Must be promotable to a Production Manager level within 12 months
Duties:
Oversees production operations on 1st and 2nd shift with 40-50 people per shift. Coaches and mentors team leaders on process ![]()
and procedure. Assists maintenance in reducing changeover times through better coordination and process. Assists in implementing all CI Programs on the plant floor. Assists the Production Manager with all aspects of running the operation.
Salary: $65K to $80K + 10% Bonus
