Judge Executive Search is currently seeking a degreed Brand Manager to support the international marketing/branding functions for a large consumer packaged goods (CPG) company. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Lead the development of company brands in international markets.
• Partner with product marketing in the planning, development, and implementation of brand strategy in international regions by following global brand strategy.
• Define and localize product, package, merchandising and selling tools.
• Communicate brand standards to internal stakeholders and external relationships.
• Support regions with consumer communication plans related to advertising, media, public relations, web/internet, consumer events and others.
• Support the regions in research projects and segmentation analysis.
• Provide monthly reporting of budget with the regional offices.

To successfully perform the duties of the Brand Manager position, the qualified candidate must meet the listed requirements:

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, MBA highly preferred
• Current Brand Manager level position in a CPG or Food/Beverage company. Associate Brand/Marketing Managers that are ready for the next step will be considered, given the proper skill set
• 5-7 years direct experience in defining and developing brand strategies, value, messaging, extendibility and research for a consumer packaged goods company
• Fluent in English and one or more of the following: French, Italian, Portuguese, German, Czech, Mandarin or Chinese.
• Up to 30% travel required.
