Job Description
BS/BA degree preferred, but not required, with 2-5 years production supervision experience in the food manufacturing industry. Will be responsible for directing the production activities of up to 20 hourlies. Dairy,cheese and/or spray drying experience is a plus. Will coordinate and direct the 1st and 2nd shift employees to insure that quality products are made and distributed on a timely basis (shift will rotate every 3 months). This includes providing training, coaching and supervision to employees in support of quality and safety programs as well as excellent customer service. Requires excellent team building and supervisory/leadership skills and good communication and interpersonal skills. Relocation assistance is available.
