Fortune 500 client seeks promotable engineering professional. Requires BS Engineering with 3+ years plant engineering and/or maintenance management experience in the food/beverage/dairy industry. Reporting to the Plant Engineering Manager this position will serve as key resource to wide variety of plant associates, outside vendors and contractors to drive improvement in throughput, quality, safety and waste reduction. This position will assist plant leadership in the continued implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles, cost savings, process optimization, KPI improvements, etc. Client seeks experience in CMMS, total productive maintenance programs, PLC’s, high-speed packaging, process piping, utilities, vendor & outside contractor selection & supervision, cost savings projects, root cause analysis, energy cost reduction program, etc Experience in leading and supervising plant maintenance employees, executing capital projects aimed at KPI improvement, supporting facility planning, identifying and justifying capital projects.
