BS degree required, with minimum 3 years maintenance supervisory experience in the food / beverage manufacturing industry. This position requires experience in a high speed food or consumer products manufacturing environment. Will direct maintenance and repair of processing & packaging equipment, and supervise mechanics, electricians & technicians within a High Performance Work Team environment. Should be knowledgeable in Allen-Bradley PLCs, including programming, electrical/mechanical repairs, preventive/predictive maintenance programs, CMMS, CIP systems, etc. Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) experience will be a plus.
