Job Description
MS/BS Human Resources, or Labor & Industrial Relations or similar degree, with 7-10 years generalist experience in manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a blend of labor relations & non-traditional, employee empowerment program facilitation. Will be responsible for HR activities of 300+ person, non-union plant manufacturing consumer packaged food products. Will have a salaried staff of 4-6 with a department budget of $1.5MM+. Requires excellent communication skills, along with professional image. Should be open to promotion/relocation within 2-3 years or so.
