Production Supervisor - Multiple Positions
Due to continued expansion, they are seeking several individuals for the position of Production Supervisor. The role of Production Supervisor is challenging, as it involves day to day supervision of manufacturing, but the position is also challenged with a number of special projects that are designed toward areas of interest and company needs. In the Production Supervisor role, individuals may be challenged with engineering, quality, for process optimization types of projects. The Production Supervisor would report to the Plant Superintendent.
Requirements
Production Supervisor - Multiple Positions
* 2 years of either production or quality management experience
* Demonstrate a record of accomplishments
* Proven personnel motivation and development
* 4yr degree desired, may be considered with equivalent experience
