CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER
Stahlman Group, Inc. has an impressive reputation as a full service design, engineering and construction management firm known for its exceptional service and single source responsibility specializing in the food, beverage and consumer products industries.
We have an immediate need for a Construction Project Manager to work at our office in Chicago, IL (Romeoville).
The position includes management responsibility for all construction activities from concept through completion including preparing cost estimates, budgets for projects and maintaining a forecast report.
Will identify and qualify subcontractors for projects, analyze subcontractor bid results and make recommendations performing pre-bid interviews.
Reviews plans and specifications, develops bid packages, responds to requests for information, drafts subcontracts, creates project schedules, conducts on-site visits/inspections, and performs site safety review.
Our Construction Manager will interface with our Fortune 500 clients who are industry leaders, to provide quality project execution.
This position requires great flexibility to travel to the construction job site.
Experience This position requires a minimum of 8-10 years’ related experience as construction manager.
