Job Description
Currently we have a position for a
QUALITY CONTROL/QUALITY ASURANCE SUPERVISOR.
The Candidate will oversee the Quality Control Section, Sanita![]()
tion Section and ensure that all production equipment and facilities are in compliance with all regulatory agencies.
Will oversee 4-6 employees. Work with management to develop and maintain product specifications for all incoming products, ingredients, and finished products.
Knowledge of the following programs and/or regulations: HACCP, GMP’s, SOP’s, USDA, FDA and any other regulatory agency for the food industry.
Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent computer skills (word & excel) Ability to make decisions, understand rules, procedures and be willing and able to implement recommendations.
Must have a 4 year degree. Must have 2-3 years experience in the food industry. At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
