Requirements:

* 3-5 years experience in warehouse distribution.
* Must have excellent leadership skills.
* Organizational skills and ability to train.
* Must have excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
* Ability to assist in development and implementation of SOP's.
* Must be a hands on Supervisor.
Job Description:
Warehouse Supervisor will supervise all warehouse workers and leadmen to assure all distribution activities are being met as scheduled.
Responsible for dock receiving, fresh product department, freezer and sanitation process.
Warehouse supervisor will be responsible for evaluating processes and staff; and implementing, modification and training of all SOP's. Will assist in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's).
