Nation's largest wholesale bakery is seeking a motivated, self-starter candidate for the position of Assistant Production Manager We seek candidates with experience in production and food manufacturing. Qualified candidates must be able to implement company standards for processing bread, cake, and roll products, train and supervise production staff, and comply with GMP guidelines. Must be able to multi-task and work in fast paced environment. High school degree or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Must be computer literate with five years relevant management experience required.
Must be flexible to work evenings and weekends.
